2. Web Design & Development Services

AP5 Web Designs provides custom website building, e-commerce store creation, website bug repairs, speed optimization, and technical SEO setups. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in individual project proposals provided prior to project kickoff.

3. Client Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for providing necessary website content, images, text, and access credentials in a timely manner.

• Upon full payment of project fees, client ownership rights for custom code and visual assets are transferred to the client.
• AP5 Web Designs retains the right to showcase completed project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment & Billing

Project timelines and payment schedules (such as deposit and final milestone payments) are agreed upon prior to starting work. Invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment schedule specified in your project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AP5 Web Designs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime, third-party plugin updates, or external hosting outages beyond our reasonable control.
